    Don and Dumber

I write this with the knowledge every time I think Donald Trump’s ego-driven mouth has finished his presidential campaign, Don proves me wrong. In the blowback from his locker room bloviating with Billy Bush about women, I’m keeping to that premise.

    Three points to make here:

    (1) This should come as no surprise to anyone. The self-proclaimed success-story-and-deal-maker has always acted-and sounded-like a sophomore.

    (2) History was made when he used the word “apologize.” Hearing that, it is safe to say the world could very well be coming to an end.

    (3) Republicans who always talk about being the party of  “family values” are going to have to either shut up or find another wholesome description of themselves or use the aged line about being “a big tent” that welcomes all. RNC Chairman Reince Priebus is earning his paycheck these days.
